Regional Sales Director - CA & AZ Territory

Our corporate office is looking for a high energy and experienced individual.

Essential Functions:
• Establishes and maintains personal contacts and relationships with key individuals in target accounts for Interim HealthCare services.
• Establishes and maintains personal contacts and relationships with major payors for services, including commercial insurers, managed care organizations, third party administrators and governmental programs coordinators in order to establish new relationships or improve existing relationships in profitability, revenue and cash flow.
• Develops and implements account development strategies to secure growth in account market share with large complex referral and payor organizations.
• Works directly with targeted franchise organizations on local sales efforts including assistance with sales planning, selection and training of sales staff, mentoring and coaching in support of franchisee.
• Prepares and conducts presentations regarding Interim HealthCare to organizations where prospective clients might be reached or influenced.
• Contributes to nurture growth through expertise in specialty services and/or markets.
• Tracks and reports on activity as well as monitor account development status and plan next steps; reviews reports and activity with Vice President and franchise organizations on a regular basis.
• Establishes mechanisms to monitor referral activity on selected target accounts, including sources and disposition; reviews unfilled orders.
• Meets with appropriate franchise organizations to monitor customer service levels on assigned accounts.

Experience and Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in business-related subject or equivalent work experience and training.
• Ten (10) plus years successful sales experience with comparable complex customers and complex sales situations in health care and/or assisted living.
