Requirements: Minimum, 2 years experience in Supervisory Position, preferably in the Home Care Setting.
Knowledge of CHAP Regulations.
Experience in Med/Surg and Pediatrics.
IV Certified
Strong Clinical Skills
Current NJ License
Current CPR Certification
Recent TB Screening or Chest X-Ray
Rubella and Rubeola titers
Recent Physical
2 forms of ID (one a photo)
2 professional references
valid drivers license and insured vehicle.
Willing to train the right person.
