Trach and Vents:

34-year old man with Muscular Dystrophy, vent/trach dependent, G-tube, college grad, needs nurse on Monday nights10pm - 8am. May have additional night shifts available to cover for summer vacations. Oak Park area.

Requirements:

One year Nursing Experience
Current Illinois State License
Current TB or Chest X-Ray
